Thanks so much. We all are reeling a bit because she was taken so fast... but isn't that the way we all want to go. :)We are a veryveryvery tight community. We will miss her. This photo was taken less than a month ago. After this was taken we went to McDonald's (of all places) and ate like little piggies and then went to Wal*Mart to shop. She was so happy - you'd think we were on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. :)
What a sad time for you. My thoughts are with you as you go through this, and I hope you're getting support from friends nearby. We're all here for venting if needed. Take care...
Thank you all veryveryvery much. Our community is extremely tight. Kathy had lived on the mountain for 17+ years and worked at the university - her husband is a professor. The outpouring of love since the moment she was disgnosed has been remarkable. I felt honored to be able to spend so much time with her.
