Clowning around with my daughter (who took off her seat belt just long enough to get her CDs). I took a 14-hour road trip to go retrieve her from
Arkansas. It was really nice to get to spend some time with her on the way back.

Love those beautiful smiles...I can hear the laughter ensuing....I hope Jess realizes just how much she is loved and what an incredible mother you are. Oh, I'll remind her. :)

Thanks, Gregg. After checking into a bus ticket and finding out that she'd be sitting in the middle of nowhere for 2 hours during the night (at a mere bus stop rather than a terminal), I made the decision to go get her. Inconvenience is one thing, but safety? I don't think so.
