I had a fitful sleep last night because Roger didn't come home. *sigh* My lovely neighbor recently lost her husband. She's not doing well at all, so I'm trying to be more attentive to her. She likes my woods and walks through frequently. Last night Roger followed her home and spent the night on her porch. I was so worried - the owls and coyotes and hawks are fierce predators. She tried to call me, but I was on the phone a while with my mom. I see call waiting in my future? Anyway, Roger is home and passed out - totally passed out with exhaustion. I'm so happy again.

he looks very comfortable indeed!
He's home now, but how nice that he went with your friend to give her comfort and companionship. Sounds like you!
You are always too kind to me, R, but I thank you. I have no accountability but to myself. My children are grown and independent of me and doing well. So, I have the luxury to minister to others and to reach out. It gives me purpose and a happy heart. xoxo
Nicole: He's always comfortable, but you're right - especially in this pic! LOL.
He looks so soft - I can't stand it! Give him an extra pet for me, will you? :-)
Poor Roger, the life of a wandering gigolo!
Or so he wishes. LOL.
