My very dear friend, Ellen, and I spent a morning at St. Mary's Retreat Center with fabrics and color swatches etc to redecorate 3 rooms facing the bluff at the retreat center. These 3 rooms will be used specifically for those who retreat alone. Dang. I should've had Ellen take a picture of me with the bluff in the background. Though I live alone, going on retreat is different. It's simply fabulous and restorative. Anyway, we treated ourselves to a yummy lunch and I got my weekly fix of my favorite milk shake - The Nut Case. Hey! I heard that!

I had to look at the picture twice. Now I see that Ellen is on her cell phone. I thought at first she was covering her ears because she didn't want to listen to what you were saying!! LOL I was expecting a much different caption under the picture.
