My tolerant beauty. See that folded left ear? An ear infection has caused her to be completely uninterested in getting anywhere near me. Ear cleanings and drops twice a day, pain pills once a day, antibiotic pills twice a day, and bad tasting spray to get her to leave the stress-induced hot spot on her hip alone all have made her very wary of any touch I might offer. Enough already!

I can relate to that! My bird had to have an antibiotic and a pain med twice a day, plus I had to put an antibiotic cream on her neck, chest, and one leg twice a day. By the end, she was like "leave me alone!". She has nearly forgiven me, and Im sure your lovely dog will forgive you too... soon.
I'm so sorry for you, and her. I had a pitbull I nursed through Parvo and an epileptic perro-lobo. I can relate! I hope she gets better soon.
