I am very lucky living in Canada. With our health care the cost of obstetric care and delivery is covered by the government and I get one year off for maternity leave with unemployment benefits. Now if for any reason I run into fertility issues with my partner then I'm SOL, because that is the big bucks and they don't help with that. I already have my lovely Starlet from my marriage. It's going to be a novelty this time to have a partner who not only wants the baby but wants to be involved.

Good luck. We gave up. It was too much emotionally, financially, and statistically. I'm trying to be ok with it. You have all my good wishes!
