We stopped for side hikes each day, and this one led us up a rough, hot trail, then into a creek, through pools of water, and finally, to a waterfall. The water in the Colorado River is too cold to get into at this time of year (for most of us), so we enjoyed the refreshing snowmelt water in this side canyon while we could. Beautiful hike.
