I was supposed to go to a gathering of friends on Sunday. I made spinach dip to share. However, the gathering was canceled and I had this batch of spinach dip. I love spinach dip. I ate the whole batch by myself over the last couple of days. This is the last of it, which I had for breakfast this morning.
