Went to SPCA to fill out paperwork for our new addition, Jackson.
This mural was on the wall, and I thought these were the UGLIEST kids I had
ever seen captured in paint.
Someone should have spayed or neutered their parents.

are they examining that dog's butt?
I just couldn't believe how hideous this mural was...I think they are trying to "lure" the dog with a treat....
