Anyone know what these are? They were attached to a downed tree near our waterfall's dry ground. I wondered why they were so red and what you call them.

Its a cool type of tree fungus that I can't recall the name of at the moment... You can write on the underside of the fungus too...It will come to me....

It looks like Red Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum), known as Ling Zhi in Chinese. Its a herbal mushroom known to have miraculous health benefits.
